The basic difference between these two programs is that Illustrator uses mathematical equations known as vectors.ĭesigners who do a lot of drawings and text designs should use Illustrator. Illustrator has dots and anchor points that give you the ability to manipulate shapes and colors. Illustrator uses vectors where Photoshop uses pixels. The smaller the dots, the better the picture quality. This means the amount of dots in every square inch. Whichever one you use will depend on your design style and what you want to do with them. I will be showing you the difference between Photoshop and Illustrator. They are the only two programs that I endorse, and they are the ones I usually use when I create my own videos. I will advise anyone who wants to design to go with these two programs, which are the best. Photoshop and Illustrator are the industry standard. I have been using these two programs for years now, and I believe that if it isn’t broke, do not fix it.
